Hey Scoffers! Look Who OPENLY Admits to Controlling the Weather!

Absolute power corrupts absolutely and weather modding is a good example of absolute power. I like the saying, "every cloud has a silver lining". I just don't think silver iodide was what they had in mind. Where's a rainmaker when you need one?
