Right out of the horse's mouth: Obama was born in Kenya!

I'm not a hundred percent sure about this video. It's a poor quality video for this day and time and the sound and video just don't sync up in some areas. Doe's anybody know where this was recorded? That's not to say it isn't real. It's just not real good evidence as far as videos go.
